For Different Materials
Biomass Pellet Mill:
Biomass pellets, made from waste wood, corn stalks, straw, cassava stalks, sawdust and other materials, enjoy widespread use around the world. The fuel is used to heat houses and to generate electricity in thermal power plants.
Biomass pellets are carbon neutral, in that burning the pellets releases carbon dioxide which would have nonetheless entered the atomosphere naturally. This contrasts with burning fossil fuels. Pellets are not only a cheap way to reduce heating costs, but better for the environment.
ZLSP R-TYPE PELLET MILL (ROTATING ROLLER)
Our biomass pellet mills are used to compress wood—solid wood, tree trimmings, wood chips, sawdust, straw, bark and shavings—without additives to make dense, uniformly sized, and high quality pellets. The main advantage of ZLSP R-type pellet mill is that it can produce pellets without the need of a binder, but with only one pressing. It is the ideal pellet mill to process sawdust and hard materials due to this high level of efficiency.
Feed Pellet Mill:
Originally, all pellet mills were flat die mills used to process feedstuff. So did our feed pellet mills; although modified, the design remained roughly the same for over a decade. Beside feedstuff for animals, the mill can process oilseed cake and other granulated mixed-waste materials. The final pellets are columned with lustrous surfaces. In the pelletization process, the temperature reaches 70-80 degrees Celsius in the mill. The temperature is hot enough to melt the lignin for making dense pellets, and is also cool enough to allow the pellets to dry naturally for handling. The pellets are durable, thus can be stored for a longer time period.
Sawdust Pellet Mill:
Sawdust is a widely avialable byproduct of the the timber industry. For this reason, and because of its relatively high lignin content, it is a common raw material for making pellets. Sawdust pellet mills thus are becomming widely used to produce wood pellets, a particularly viable alternative energy source in locations engaged in wood processing. The mills provide a way to generate revenue from material that would otherwise be considered waste, thereby protecting the environment. Our sawdust pellet mills thereby preserve nature in two ways, both as a carbon neutral fuel source and a way to utilize waste material.
