Our company has developed a new model of pellet press, the ZLSP R-Type, the most technologically advanced of its kind produced in China.

Features of our newly developed ZLSP R-type pellet press:

1. Gear box constructed of high grade nitrogen case hardened alloy steel, manufactured with precision to impart steady power transmission, low noise levels, greater force-bearing capacity, lower temperatures and a longer working-life.

2. Main shaft composed of heavy-load bearing steel for greater torque and increased durability.

3. A large-diameter roller for increased capacity, uniformity and greater pellet durability.

4. Changed die configuration to increase the contact area between flat die and roller to reduce wear on the flat die; a patent has been applied for this technology.

5. Wear-resistant configuration of the roller and flat die to extend the life of these key parts.

6. Sealed bearings to prevent the accumulation of dust, along with improved bearing encasement.

7. 6-12 mm pellet diameter may be freely chosen by user.

8. Steel constructed body for optimal durability.
