The large scale pellet plant is usually from chipping to packing, with drying, pelletizing, cooling etc. The pellet mill in the plant we suggest to use ring die pellet mill, since it has advantages of continuous working and steady performance.
The complete wood pellet plant include main machines wood chipper, hammer mill, dryer, ring die pellet mill, cooler and packing machine. But not every plant need these, it depends your raw material. If the moisture of your raw material is less than 18% and size is less than 3*3mm, then you can start from ring die pellet mill.
