Raplacing the Pellet Mill Die

Remove the die using extracting screws, making to turn the screws in a balanced manner so that the die remains flat. This ensures that the die housing remains unaffected during removal. If there is blockage between the die and the wear ring a hammer may be used, but those with the potential to damage the machine—such as iron or sledge hammers—are to be avoided. Set the new die in the machine and alternate tightening of the clamping screws until the die is positioned correctly. If the die does
not set immediately, do not force the screws due to the risk that they may break; instead, restart cautiously.

“ From the moment that contacted them, they were always worried about me. Helping you find the model that fit my needs, during the shipping process and excellent after-sales service. Without doubt a company which would buy again.”
