Small Mobile Pellet Plant
Our small mobile pellet plant (Bio-C22) consists of a screw conveyor, crusher, ring die pellet mill, cooler and sieve. It can be transported on-site to the location of raw materials thereby reducing transportation costs. This model is most commonly employed at farms.
The machine utilizes a gear drive system that generates a significant amount of torque in transmission. This allows for continuous, even consistent operation. The machine is designed for easy operation and low maintenance. Users can adjust the aperture and compression ratio based on the raw material for the best output.

This plant is used to process straw, sawdust, and other biomass materials without drying. Raw materials should be pre-treated to have a moisture content of around 15% and should be no longer than 50 mm. Of course, the Bio-C22 mobile pellet plant can be modified to include a dryer if the moisture of your raw material is higher than 15%. A packing machine can also be added according to customers' request. The power required by the this mobile pellet plant is 37 kW with a workspace requirement of 4.2 x 2 x 4 meters.
Another of our biomass wood pellet plant models, the Bio-C55, consists of a screw conveyor, crusher, silo, ring die mill, cooler, sieve, packing machine and control box. This plant is ideal for processing sawdust and has recently become one of our most popular pellet lines.
